The Role of Client Onboarding Specialist

Mozn is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for FOCAL customers. In this full-time role, the specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring successful platform implementation, user enablement, and readiness for go-live. This position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for FOCAL clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients from kickoff through go-live.
Conduct platform training sessions for client teams.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely progress of all workstreams.
Track and resolve technical inquiries, feature requests, and configuration issues during onboarding, escalating to internal owners as needed.
Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and status tracking for all active clients.
Manage multiple concurrent client onboardings, prioritizing effectively based on timelines and complexity.
Ensure smooth handoff of completed onboardings to the Customer Success team post-go-live, including full context transfer.
Identify recurring onboarding blockers or process gaps and propose improvements.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in client onboarding or a similar customer-facing role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.
