Position Summary

StrongYes Media is seeking a Content Writer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on transforming complex business, AI, workplace, HR, HRTech, Talent, and technology developments into intelligent, engaging, and highly discoverable stories. This position is distinct from traditional content writing, operating at the intersection of research, business analysis, storytelling, executive communication, and trend intelligence.

The Content Writer will contribute to the development of a next-generation intelligence-led media brand. This brand is dedicated to the future of work, leadership, AI, and business transformation, providing authoritative content to its audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write insightful stories on AI, leadership, HR, HRTech, Talent, workplace, startups, business, and technology.
• Identify emerging trends, weak signals, and high-impact narratives.
• Convert reports, news, and data into compelling articles and explainers.
• Create SEO, GEO, and AI-discoverable content optimized for modern search and LLM ecosystems.
• Collaborate on story ideation, positioning, headlines, and narrative framing.
• Produce authoritative long-form and short-form content for business audiences.

Candidate Profile

• Strong writing and storytelling ability.
• Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.
• Deep curiosity about AI, business, technology, leadership, and workplace trends.
• Ability to think independently and generate original angles.
• Experience in journalism, research, consulting, or media strategy.

Required Technical Understanding

• Understanding of SEO, GEO, LLMs, Citations, modern digital publishing, and discoverability.
