They are currently seeking a Design Engineer, Civil to join their team.

Role Overview

The Design Engineer, Civil will be responsible for contributing to design and engineering projects within DAR Engineering's diverse portfolio. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in civil design engineering, focusing on technical execution and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Train subordinates and build an effective team to ensure work efficiency.
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all work aspects.
Delegate tasks to subordinates for each respective assignment.
Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
Resolve emerging problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or related activities.
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
