The Role

DAR Engineering is seeking a Design Engineer, Electrical (Primary Design) to join its team. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves contributing to design and engineering projects within the company's diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and lead subordinates, forming effective teams.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members across all work aspects.
• Delegate tasks fairly to subordinates for each assignment to maintain morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within specified cost and time parameters.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution status of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements, developing effective quality control processes and specifications.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant design engineering role, specifically within electrical primary design.
