Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Administrator. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting ERP systems. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating smooth user operations within the ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Handle ERP configuration, workflow management, and reporting functions.
• Ensure ERP data management and data integrity.
• Provide ERP user support and training.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and change management processes with vendors.
• Support ERP implementation, Go-Live phases, and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP Administration.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with ERP user account management, roles, and permissions.
• Experience in ERP configuration, workflow management, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP data management and data integrity principles.
• Proven experience in providing ERP user support and training.
• Experience coordinating system updates, patches, and change management with vendors.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, Go-Live, and user adoption.
• ERP platform certification is preferred.
• Experience in Stadium, Venue, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or other operational environments is considered an advantage.

Work Type and Compensation
