About the Role

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an F&B Hostess (Host) for Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea. This full-time role is designed for local talent and involves ensuring efficient food and beverage operations while upholding the brand's vision and values. The position requires 1-3 years of experience.

The F&B Hostess will contribute to the vision of helping guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the world. Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests courteously and attentively.
• Answer outlet telephones courteously and efficiently according to department standards.
• Take orders from all food & beverage outlet menus.
• Provide prompt and efficient service as required by standards, demonstrating an empathetic attitude.
• Prepare all mis-en-place for service correctly prior to delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and daily F&B activities, including opening hours.
• Recommend and promote items as directed by the supervisor and suggest upselling when appropriate.
• Report any maintenance faults following established procedures.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and ensure correct handling of all guest billing procedures, minimizing rebates during check-out and bidding guests farewell.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
• Ensure the privacy of guests, partners, and residential owners, applying an extra level of protection to sensitive personal data and using confidential information only for job performance.
• Keep all department equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, ensuring performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
• Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest feedback.

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to comprehend and embody the Six Senses vision and values.
• Commitment to sustainability, wellness, and unique guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.
