F&B Service Expert (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Sheraton is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Saudi Only) to join their team. This full-time role focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert will be responsible for delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and preparing dining areas.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interacting with and serving guests during their meal.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
• Ensuring all guest interactions contribute positively to the overall dining experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to critical workplace standards and the ability to perform physical tasks. These include creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving over various surfaces, and managing menus. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
