The Role of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems. This full-time role requires a technically proficient engineer to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position involves supervising outsourced teams and managing emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, 24/7.
Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Serve as the subject matter expert for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.
Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records, providing technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.
