Company Overview

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a Facility Technician to join its Facility & Administration Department. The company operates in the Eastern region, and this is a full-time position.

Role Summary

The Facility Technician supports the maintenance and operation of company facilities. Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, this role involves daily maintenance activities, building system monitoring, managing maintenance requests, and coordinating with contractors. The primary objective is to ensure all facility services are completed safely, on time, and in adherence to company requirements. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on daily facility maintenance activities.
• Monitor building systems and report any faults or abnormal conditions.
• Track maintenance requests, ensuring timely closure and completion.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
• Monitor the condition of background services, sewage systems, drainage, and related facility infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, utilities, and service areas.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Report on maintenance issues, service delays, and contractor performance to management.
• Maintain updated maintenance records, inspection reports, and service follow-up documentation.
• Support emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding maintenance needs and site issues.
• Ensure good housekeeping in maintenance work areas upon job completion.
• Inspect maintenance work and report on incomplete or poor-quality jobs.
• Prioritize routine maintenance requests based on operational need.
• Escalate major maintenance issues and service interruptions to management.
• Request corrective action from contractors when work quality does not meet acceptable standards.
• Maintain facility services in safe and good working condition.
• Monitor contractor performance and service quality.
• Comply with company policies, safety requirements, and EHSS standards.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or a related field.

Work Environment and Standards

The Facility Technician operates within a structured environment, adhering to all company policies, safety requirements, and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) standards to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
