Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is seeking a Facility Operator to join its Facility & Administration Department. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's infrastructure.

The Facility Operator Role

Reporting to the Facility Supervisor, the Facility Operator is responsible for the daily operation and continuous monitoring of essential facility systems. This role focuses on ensuring the uninterrupted availability of critical services, including electricity, HVAC, water, and sewage, through early issue detection, timely fault reporting, and effective coordination with maintenance teams and contractors.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, water, and sewage infrastructure.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings and service areas.
• Record daily readings for electricity, water consumption, and overall system status.
• Identify and promptly report any abnormal conditions or faults.
• Receive maintenance requests and accurately forward them to the relevant maintenance team or contractor.
• Coordinate with contractors during on-site maintenance work and monitor their activities.
• Follow up on maintenance activities through to completion, ensuring systems function properly afterward.
• Support emergency response situations, such as power outages, leakages, and system failures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security) requirements.
• Stop unsafe operations immediately and report to the relevant authority.
• Escalate critical issues to management for timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and attentive individual with 0-1 years of relevant experience. A foundational understanding of facility operations and a commitment to maintaining high service standards are essential for this role.
