About the University

The University of Prince Mugrin (UPM), established in 2017 and located in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking to appoint faculty members. UPM offers advanced university education with curricula designed to support students' future careers.

The Opportunity

The University of Prince Mugrin is hiring faculty members for the College of Business and Tourism, specifically within the Accounting & Finance Department. This full-time position is open to candidates at various academic levels: Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and develop courses within the Accounting & Finance Department.
Complete necessary documentation to maintain programmatic accreditation.
Supervise senior research projects.
Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in accordance with the program curriculum.
Advise assigned student advisees on their individual plan of study (POS) and approve registration plans. New full-time faculty may be exempt from this duty during their first semester.
Advise assigned student advisees on academic student policies.
Monitor the academic progress of student advisees, including course passing/failing, dropping/adding courses, withdrawals, academic probation, and referrals to Academic Support Services/Counseling.
Participate in departmental activities, as well as College and University committees.
Collaborate with the Department Head and other faculty members on curriculum planning and development.
Engage in research and scholarly activities within your area of specialty, involving undergraduate students in research endeavors.
Supervise internship students when assigned.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department chair and the dean of the College.
