About SLS The Red Sea

SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, is a destination located on the Red Sea coast. The resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. It aims to provide a blend of dining, entertainment, and relaxation experiences for guests.

Role Summary

As an F&B Host/Hostess (Saudi National) at SLS The Red Sea, you will be responsible for creating the initial guest impression and facilitating dining experiences. This full-time position involves welcoming, guiding, and assisting guests, managing guest flow, and handling reservations to ensure service standards are met. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage guests in a professional manner, adhering to SLS service standards.
Manage guest seating, table allocations, and dining flow based on reservations and walk-in guests.
Coordinate with the service team to accommodate guest requests.
Maintain knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
Maintain an organized host stand and reception area throughout service.
Manage reservations accurately using restaurant reservation systems, including guest details and seating plans.
Confirm reservation information and communicate updates to relevant team members.
Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries and bookings.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and bar teams to support efficient service flow.
Assist with side duties such as menu preparation, table resets, and maintaining the entrance area.
Maintain SLS grooming and appearance standards.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to provide guest experiences through warm welcome and assistance.
Proficiency in managing guest flow, reservations, and seating arrangements.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Commitment to maintaining service excellence and genuine hospitality standards.
