About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking an F&B Service Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience for guests beyond just food and beverages. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to offer comprehensive services, ensuring guest satisfaction and a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Interact with guests, provide service, and address their needs during meals.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies to company standards.
• Ensure that all guest interactions contribute to a positive and memorable experience.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to professional standards for uniform, personal appearance, and communication. The F&B Service Expert will be on their feet and moving frequently, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. This involves navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks include reading and visually checking menu information, as well as physical activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The role also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to perform all assigned tasks perfectly to ensure guest satisfaction.
