About the Role

Ideal Solution is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role requires strong expertise in financial management, financial analysis, and accounting oversight, with a focus on utilizing modern financial systems, including Zoho Books. The position offers a salary range of SAR 1,875 - SAR 3,750.

Role Purpose

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights. This position is designed for a practical, detail-oriented individual capable of deeply understanding numerical information and translating it into clear decisions that support management in achieving growth objectives and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review internal accounting performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor the precision of financial entries and reports.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of accounts and financial results.
• Identify financial and operational risks proactively and provide actionable recommendations for their resolution.
• Discover opportunities to enhance profitability and optimize cash flow.
• Improve the overall quality and clarity of financial reports.
• Prepare the company for engagements with financing entities, investors, or potential acquisition/sale scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, financial analysis, or accounting oversight.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using modern financial systems, including Zoho Books.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive strategic insights.
• A practical and detail-oriented approach to financial tasks and problem-solving.

Work Arrangement and Compensation
