About the Role

Ideal Solution is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role requires strong expertise in financial management, financial analysis, and accounting oversight, with a focus on utilizing modern financial systems, including Zoho Books. The position offers a salary range of SAR 1,875 - SAR 3,750.

Role Purpose

The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights. This position is designed for a practical, detail-oriented individual capable of deeply understanding numerical information and translating it into clear decisions that support management in achieving growth objectives and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

Review internal accounting performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor the precision of financial entries and reports.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of accounts and financial results.
Identify financial and operational risks proactively and provide actionable recommendations for their resolution.
Discover opportunities to enhance profitability and optimize cash flow.
Improve the overall quality and clarity of financial reports.
Prepare the company for engagements with financing entities, investors, or potential acquisition/sale scenarios.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, financial analysis, or accounting oversight.
Demonstrated strong expertise in financial analysis and accounting principles.
Proficiency in using modern financial systems, including Zoho Books.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive strategic insights.
A practical and detail-oriented approach to financial tasks and problem-solving.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a part-time, remote position, offering flexibility while contributing significantly to the company's financial health. The compensation for this role ranges from SAR 1,875 to SAR 3,750, commensurate with experience and expertise.
