Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Medina. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality food and beverage service. The role focuses on creating memorable interactions and upholding the standards of hospitality for every guest.

Role Contribution

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for more than just serving meals; you will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. This involves proactive engagement with guests and a commitment to service excellence, reflecting the warmth of hospitality in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and positive manner, actively seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and daily specials to confidently assist guests with their selections and answer inquiries.
• Process food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure timely delivery of completed orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the well-being of both guests and team members.
