About the Role

SOTA SPORT is seeking a Football (Soccer) Partnerships Representative to serve as an on-the-ground contact with local football clubs and academies in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The primary function of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the Saudi football community. You will be responsible for introducing SOTA SPORT's platform, which aims to help coaches save time and elevate their standards, to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the on-the-ground representative for SOTA SPORT with local football clubs and academies.
• Engage with coaches, club directors, technical directors, and other decision-makers at leagues, clubs, and academies.
• Introduce clubs and academies to SOTA SPORT's platform.
• Close new accounts, with an average target of 3 accounts per month.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a 10% commission on every deal closed. Multi-year deals are eligible for additional commission. The specific salary is not disclosed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess existing connections within the local football market, including coaches, club directors, technical/sporting directors, and tournament organizers. You should be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently without close supervision. This role is suitable for individuals seeking flexibility and high earning potential outside of a traditional 9-to-5 structure.

Work Arrangement and Support

This is a fully remote position with flexible hours. SOTA SPORT provides training, sales support, and marketing materials to assist representatives. There is potential for growth into larger roles as the company expands in Saudi Arabia.
