About the Role

Lucidya, a leading AI-powered Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform in the MENA region, is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals. The role involves building high-quality user experiences and utilizing modern engineering practices, including AI, to deliver software solutions.

This position is suitable for engineers with 0-1 years of professional experience who possess a solid foundation in frontend development and are looking to grow within an environment that values ownership, speed, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The focus is on understanding problems, developing maintainable solutions, collaborating effectively, and continuously refining work processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components.
• Translate product requirements and designs into clean, intuitive, and responsive user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time communication services, including WebSockets / ***
• Manage server state efficiently using React Query / TanStack Query and complex client-side state using Redux / Redux Toolkit when appropriate.
• Contribute to improving frontend architecture, performance, code organization, and maintainability.
• Write reliable unit and integration tests using Jest, and build end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Participate actively in code reviews, identify regressions, and debug issues systematically.
• Utilize AI coding tools for research, prototyping, implementation, debugging, testing, and refactoring solutions, while critically reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
• Take ownership of work from requirement understanding through implementation, testing, review, and production.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, backend engineers, QA, product managers, and designers.

The frontend ecosystem includes React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Query / TanStack Query, Redux / Redux Toolkit, Jest, Playwright, WebSockets / **, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, Git, and modern AI-assisted development tools. While experience with every technology is not mandatory, strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
