About the Role

Liwa UX is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead its operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing daily business functions, ensuring strategic objectives are met, and maintaining high performance standards across all departments.

Role Purpose

The General Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and efficiency. This position involves coordinating departmental activities, optimizing processes, and making data-informed decisions to ensure profitability and sustainable development within a fully remote operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Coordinate departmental activities and optimize processes to support growth and efficiency.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial health.
Make data-informed decisions to drive profitability and sustainable development.
Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning.
Implement and enforce company policies and operational guidelines.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to support business objectives.
Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Foster an inclusive and high-engagement work culture.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across all functions.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a general management, operations, or similar leadership role, preferably within a dynamic or growth-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Proven leadership experience in managing teams, guiding performance, and fostering an inclusive, high-engagement work environment.
Strong operational management skills, including expertise in process improvement, resource allocation, and day-to-day business coordination.
Proficiency in strategic planning, setting measurable objectives, and utilizing data and metrics for informed business decisions.
Solid financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, cost control, and interpreting financial reports to support organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and cross-functional teams.
Comfort and proficiency with digital tools and remote work platforms, capable of managing projects and teams in a fully remote setting.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
