The Growth Consultant Role

BisChat is seeking a Growth Consultant to drive user acquisition and engagement for its messaging application in Saudi Arabia. This remote, contract position is crucial for expanding BisChat's user base during and beyond its beta phase. The role requires a proactive mindset, comfort with experimentation, and the ability to work independently while aligning with BisChat’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and execute lead generation strategies to expand the user base.
• Build and nurture relationships with early adopters and key community members.
• Support community development across relevant digital channels.
• Collaborate with the core team to design and implement targeted growth campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and optimize user funnels to enhance retention and activation rates.
• Plan and coordinate virtual or in-person events to promote BisChat.
• Coordinate promotional activities to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback on product-market fit and messaging strategies.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related field. This role demands a proactive mindset, comfort with experimentation, and the proven ability to work independently while effectively contributing to broader strategic goals.

Work Type and Location

This is a remote, contract position. The Growth Consultant will operate from Saudi Arabia, contributing to the local market's growth initiatives.
