About the Role

Edition is seeking a Heart of House Specialist to provide essential support across various hotel functions in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves working across multiple departments, such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry, to ensure operational cleanliness and efficiency. The specialist will contribute to maintaining high standards of service for guests by supporting the preparation of linens and clean dishware.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clean linens and dishware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashers, sinks, washers, and dryers.
• Transport linens and dishware throughout the hotel as needed.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication at all times.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
• Support the team in achieving common goals and respond appropriately to concerns.
• Report accidents, damage, and hazardous conditions to management.
• Perform tasks involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions.
• Execute other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• No related work experience required (0-1 years of experience).
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required.
