About the Role

Hilton is seeking an HVAC Supervisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of building maintenance and repairs, with a focus on HVAC systems. The supervisor will ensure the physical building and its systems are maintained to a high standard, contributing to guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop maintenance team members, providing training, scheduling, and support to ensure quality work.
• Support the maintenance of the physical building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring thorough documentation in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure prompt and efficient responses to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and service requests, to keep hotel fixtures and fittings in safe condition.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership. A focus on delivering timely and disciplined work is also essential.
