Information Technology Specialist

About the Role

Magrabi Health is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join their team in Al Madinah. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and assisting users with computer operations. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain systems, ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance procedures are followed.
• Deploy new desktop PCs and perform maintenance on existing equipment.
• Diagnose, fix, or isolate problems related to networks, PCs, terminals, and all peripheral devices.
• Initiate and follow up on orders for computer parts required for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist users with the proper operation of computers, equipment, and software systems.
• Train and advise users on general usage and operation of computer equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Technical Support.
• Training in Windows operating system environments and MS desktop products.
• Experience in networking domain environments and business applications.
• General knowledge of server hardware and software.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements

• Saudi Nationality is a mandatory requirement for this position.
