About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Key Account Manager - Construction Equipment to join the Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO team. This full-time position is focused on driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Construction Equipment within the commercial vehicles segment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across government, fleet, and private sectors. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting products and delivering business performance that aligns with established revenue and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets for Construction Equipment across key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and implement proactive actions to ensure consistent target attainment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across government, fleet, and private sectors.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and facilitate smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Requirements
