About the Media Search Analyst Role

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a Media Search Analyst to join our team in Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position offers flexibility in setting your own schedule and involves evaluating diverse digital media content. We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to our evaluation efforts.

Role Context and Contribution

The Media Search Analyst plays a key role in assessing digital media content using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. This position contributes to the ongoing evaluation of various media domains, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in search outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations within various media domains.
Analyze and evaluate search outcomes specifically for App Store content.
Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and user intent.
Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Candidate Requirements

Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Must have been a resident in Saudi Arabia for the last year consecutively.
Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Saudi Arabia.
Possess an email address associated with an Apple ID and demonstrate experience and know-how of Apple products.
Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with a keen interest in internet research.
Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
Great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
While a High School degree or higher certification is preferred, candidates with exceptional skills and talent are encouraged to apply.
No previous professional experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Tools

Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software is essential.
The role requires independent working and the ability to adapt to innovative methodologies and processes.
