Oncology Specialist

About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking an Oncology Specialist to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive patient care within the oncology specialty, adhering to established standards and protocols. The role emphasizes patient education, documentation, and active participation in departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide patient care as outlined in granted privileges and in accordance with Fakeeh Care standards and protocols.
• Document all provided care following Fakeeh Care documentation policies and procedures.
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients, collaborating with the attending physician for in-patients.
• Perform or assist in medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
• Provide patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and according to Fakeeh Care format.
• Attend departmental meetings and scientific activities, contributing to the teaching and training of junior staff.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and actively participate in their execution.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and job requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
