St. Regis is seeking an Order Taker - Saudi National to join their team. This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction.

Role Overview

The Guest Service Expert is responsible for delivering a range of services that ensure guests enjoy their meal. This involves proactive engagement and attention to detail to create a unique and positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Work Environment and Expectations

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. Creating a safe workplace is also a critical expectation.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move over various surfaces.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, particularly regarding menus.
• Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. This role is open to Saudi Nationals.
