About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Saudi National Order Taker to join the team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on providing a memorable dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with guests to provide service and ensure satisfaction during their meal.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies to ensure a hygienic and organized environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a related guest service role.
• Ability to uphold quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Capability to read and visually verify information, particularly regarding menus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires maintaining a safe workplace and adherence to all company guidelines. Guest Service Experts are expected to be on their feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking on various surfaces. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. This also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed to perform job duties effectively.
