About the Partner Sales Director Role

Jobgether is seeking a Partner Sales Director IHV Alliances for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This senior alliance leadership role focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships with Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs) globally. The position requires a blend of strategic relationship management and commercial execution to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels and expand the adoption of open-source enterprise technologies within complex hardware ecosystems.

Role Responsibilities

The Partner Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing strategic relationships with IHV partners at executive and operational levels to foster long-term alignment and collaboration on joint business objectives.
  • Leading the execution of alliance-driven go-to-market strategies to drive indirect revenue growth through OEMs, hardware partners, and ecosystem channels.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and partnership terms while ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, product, marketing, and engineering, to support partner initiatives and solution delivery.
  • Driving the expansion of open-source technology adoption across partner ecosystems, increasing awareness and commercial uptake of enterprise solutions.
  • Representing the organization in executive-level engagements, industry events, workshops, and partner-facing presentations.
  • Providing structured feedback from partners to internal teams to influence product direction and strategic decision-making.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in alliance management, partner sales, or indirect sales leadership within enterprise technology, specifically in infrastructure, cloud, or open-source ecosystems.
  • A strong background working with hardware OEMs or large enterprise technology partners in global markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow complex partner relationships, including C-level engagement and executive alignment.
  • Solid understanding of Linux, cloud computing, virtualization, containers, and modern enterprise infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts, managing revenue targets, and driving partner-led growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across both technical and executive audiences.
  • A self-driven and highly autonomous work style, comfortable operating in fast-paced, distributed, and performance-oriented environments.
  • A passion for open-source technologies and the ability to articulate their value within enterprise and hardware contexts.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
