The Pre-Sales - HPE (Juniper) Role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Pre-Sales - HPE (Juniper) professional to join its team. This full-time role involves enhancing the sales of assigned products by providing presales support to customers. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Converting customer and reseller inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
• Meeting with end-users to understand their requirements in detail.
• Generating Bills of Materials (BoM) and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
• Conducting product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations for customers.
• Arranging and delivering technical training sessions for partners and customers.
• Reviewing and analyzing RFPs/RFQs, preparing technical compliance sheets, and drafting technical proposals.
