About the Role of Pre Sales Engineer

Shuruq Saudi is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise and designing IT and Security solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar technical sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales team in technical discussions and presentations with customers.
Understand customer requirements and design customized IT and Security solutions.
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions.
Provide technical training and support to Sales personnel and customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a pre-sales engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Security systems.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves working closely with both internal sales teams and external customers, as well as collaborating with vendors to deliver effective solutions.
