Role Overview

Code Ninja is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives for a prominent Saudi banking client in Riyadh. This full-time role involves driving enterprise-scale change while ensuring continuous business operations. The Project Manager will focus on modernizing data centers, preparing for cloud adoption, transforming networks, upgrading workplaces and platforms, refreshing servers and storage, and improving resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization programs across data center, cloud, network, and workplace domains.
• Coordinate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, and operations teams.
• Manage vendor implementation and enterprise migration plans.
• Ensure zero or minimal business disruption during transformation activities.
• Track budget, risks, resource capacity, and project milestones.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains, including data center, cloud, network, and platforms, along with enterprise delivery practices.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure modernization or transformation programs.
• Hands-on vendor and enterprise migration management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or other regulated enterprise environments.
• Exposure to cloud migration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Prior experience in Saudi or GCC infrastructure programs.
