The Opportunity

Spring Health is seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed Psychotherapists or Psychologists with a specialization in minor care to join its provider network in Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves delivering care through a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform designed to prioritize patient outcomes. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling to clients under various benefit structures, ranging from short-term, goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing medically necessary sessions.
  • Treat adult clients who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings to identify symptoms and areas of concern.
  • Maintain a calendar to display availability and complete session documentation promptly within the scheduling system.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with dedicated provider support, licensed clinical care navigation, and administrative care support teams as needed.
  • Deliver culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proper qualification and licensure to practice counseling (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, etc.) in Saudi Arabia. Applicants requiring licensed supervision cannot be accepted.
  • Active professional liability insurance at market rates in the approved jurisdiction (country of licensure).
  • Qualification and previous experience treating minors (age 10 and below).
  • A minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
  • Access to a computer or laptop, comfort with technology, and tele-health competency.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
  • Comfortable providing safety planning and intervention in situations where a client may present with higher risks.
  • Commitment to quality clinical care and a desire to expand capabilities and effectiveness through client progress and challenge insights.
  • Openness to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families is preferred.

Work Environment and Benefits
