The Role of Quality Coordinator

EHIF is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join its team. This full-time position involves supporting quality professionals in implementing and improving quality strategies and systems. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the effective functioning of quality processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support as directed by quality professionals for the successful implementation of quality strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables.
Support the continuous communication, development, and improvement of the Business Management System (BMS).
Assist in the communication, development, and improvement of other supporting systems, such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems, by undertaking simple data analysis under the guidance of quality professionals.
Support planned assurance activities through the planning, execution, and reporting phases, which may include external assurance with suppliers and subcontractors.
Support quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables in support of overall project or program implementation.
Engage with delivery and supporting functions to increase awareness of interfaces and working practices.
