About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Receiving Clerk for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. This full-time position involves managing the receipt, inspection, and processing of deliveries to ensure all goods meet specified quality and quantity standards. The role is crucial for supporting hotel operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper inventory control, and coordinating with various departments and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of goods received.
• Accurately record and process all received items within the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operational departments regarding deliveries and any discrepancies.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of received goods in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation and records.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities as required.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar receiving or inventory control role.
• Ability to accurately inspect and verify goods against documentation.
• Proficiency in recording and processing items in an inventory management system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
