Receiving Clerk

About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a full-time Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing deliveries to ensure all goods meet quality and quantity standards. This position is integral to supporting hotel operations by maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper inventory control, and coordinating with various departments and suppliers to facilitate the efficient flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of goods received.
• Accurately record and process all received items in the inventory management system.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Finance, and operational departments regarding deliveries and discrepancies.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items and follow up on resolutions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of received goods in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation and records.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock control activities as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures.
