Jazeera Paints is seeking a Regional Engineer to join their team in the Northren Boarders region. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing engineering fit-out requirements for various projects.

Role Overview

The Regional Engineer will be responsible for meticulously studying the engineering fit-out requirements of projects according to established plans. The role involves continuous supervision of fit-out work and providing timely feedback to supervisors to ensure effective project execution and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of all engineering fit-out work during the project construction phase to ensure adherence to required specifications.
• Communicate feedback on any deviations and progress to the reporting authority.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely communication of any changes in engineering work and design to personnel, facilitating proper coordination between the design team and contractors.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Facility Management teams to ensure proper coordination of services for current and future projects in the area.
• Monitor site work progress at all stages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and report any deviations from safety policies to the manager.
• Coordinate with Government relations in the region to ensure on-time utility requirements and compliance.
• Regularly check engineering work to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule and report any errors or necessary corrective actions to the supervisor.
• Provide timely technical reports to department management to support informed decisions regarding cost implications and variances.
• Follow up on agents' showroom works and conduct relevant inspections as per approved plans and regional requirements.
• Inspect and follow up on showroom maintenance issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the regional sales manager as required and guided by the supervisor.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This role is based in the Northren Boarders region and operates on a full-time basis. The Regional Engineer will work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, facility management, and government relations.
