About the Role

Al Rugaib is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join its sales team. This full-time role involves selling company products and services, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, handling inquiries, and contributing to the achievement of sales objectives. This position is integral to enhancing the customer journey and supporting the company's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and accurately understanding their needs.
• Effectively presenting, promoting, and selling products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma qualification is required.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain composure and politeness in high-pressure situations.
• Professional and neat appearance.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and consumer behavior.
