NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Sales Director for a remote, full-time position focused on the home appliances sector. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a professional with extensive experience in sales leadership within the specified industry.

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve significant revenue, profitability, and market share targets within the Saudi Arabian market. This leadership position involves overseeing all sales operations and driving business growth across diverse channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Saudi Arabian market to meet revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Manage sales operations across all channels, including distributors, key accounts, modern trade, traditional retail, and online marketplaces.
• Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the company's presence throughout the Kingdom.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance reviews.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in sales leadership. Specific requirements include:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi retail landscape, including distributor management, modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce channels within the home appliances industry.
• Demonstrated experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position that is conducted remotely, allowing the Sales Director to work from home.
