About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Director - Contract Logistics to join the team. This full-time role reports to the Head of Logistics of Supply Chain and Logistics and is crucial for ensuring the successful operation of the company's supply chain, transportation, and logistics for its destination. The position requires over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The Senior Director - Contract Logistics will be pivotal in establishing seamless and world-class operations for various resorts. This includes managing logistics requirements for catering, laundry, and other essential services within the destination.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of the annual business plan and targets.
Implement the strategic agenda of the department to deliver the RSG vision and mission.
Execute the Supply Chain and Logistics departmental strategy.
Monitor the performance and execution of plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company’s strategy.
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, in line with strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.

Leadership and Team Development

Build and lead a motivated, engaged, and competent team.
Set priorities and objectives for the team.
Manage team performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to meet functional challenges and goals.
Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to TRSDC vision, mission, values, fundamentals, and corporate strategy.
Establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources team and continuously improve performance.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract logistics or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chain and logistics operations.
Proven leadership skills in building and developing high-performing teams.
