The Role: Senior Manager - Planning (MAS370)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Planning to provide expert strategic planning advice and coordinate project development across various districts. This role is central to guiding the evolution of design and ensuring the successful implementation of planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning advice, encompassing urban, town, and regional planning, across multiple development districts.
• Coordinate effectively with project leads and various teams to support design evolution and overall project development.
• Research and design comprehensive planning policies to guide and regulate development activities.
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the planning process.
• Monitor the progress of approval processes, proactively identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.
• Ensure accurate and meticulous record-keeping of all planning submissions and correspondence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban/Spatial/Regional, or Town Planning is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Urban/Spatial/Regional and Town Planning.
• Demonstrated experience in partnerships development and activation planning.
