The Role: Senior Manager - Planning

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Planning to provide strategic urban, town, and regional planning advice across multiple districts within its developments. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves coordinating extensively with various project leads and teams to support the evolution of design concepts and the overall development of projects. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for researching and designing comprehensive planning policies to guide future growth and ensure cohesive development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning advice (urban, town, and regional) across multiple districts.
• Coordinate with project leads and teams to facilitate design evolution and project development.
• Conduct research and design planning policies to effectively guide development initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the planning process.
• Monitor the progress of approval processes, proactively identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence related to planning activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant professional experience in urban, town, or regional planning.
• Demonstrated experience in partnerships development and activation planning.
