Role Overview

The Senior Manager Planning will be responsible for guiding urban, town, and regional planning initiatives across multiple districts. This position requires a professional who can effectively manage stakeholder relationships, monitor approval processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic planning (urban/town/regional) advice across multiple districts.
• Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development.
• Research and design planning policies to guide development.
• Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process.
• Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic urban, town, or regional planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
