About the Role

OA- Mastercard is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Commercial & New Payment Flows. This full-time role involves actively contributing to sales targets and generating new opportunities with Mastercard's clients. The individual will be an expert in Commercial payments and new payment flows, demonstrating consultative sales management experience and problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

The Senior Managing Consultant will manage day-to-day relationships with senior commercial clients, CFOs, and treasury functions. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience who can effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive business development and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
Capture clients' implicit business needs in addition to articulated requests and identify the most critical aspects of the problem to be solved.
Lead formal and informal pitches, from "storyboarding" through the face-to-face presentation.
Create concise, persuasive written materials tailored to the audience's level.
Effectively manage a pipeline of proposals from early lead stages through to signature.
Deliver on sales targets and financial objectives.
Proactively seek new knowledge and skills and facilitate the development of intellectual capital.
Coach and provide feedback to team members.

Project Support Functions

The Senior Managing Consultant will also support project teams in various capacities, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

Assist in problem-solving efforts and structuring project work plans.
Formulate, articulate, and prioritize project activities.
Create and deliver concise, persuasive, and compelling presentations.
Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of analyses.
Develop conclusions and recommendations based on project findings.

Required Experience

5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
Expertise in Commercial payments and new payment flows topics.
Demonstrated consultative sales management experience.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage relationships with senior commercial clients, CFOs, and treasury functions.
