About the Role

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Python Developer for a contract position with one of our clients in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an hourly rate of $30 - $90 and involves contributing to high-performance backend systems for a global leader in the Technology, Information and Internet industry.

Role Context

The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services using Python. A key focus of this position is on performance optimization and ensuring high code quality. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Python-based backend services and APIs, emphasizing scalability and efficiency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to established best practices and design patterns.
• Optimize existing codebases to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate actively in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and software quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within production environments, including debugging and conducting root cause analysis.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong background in building and maintaining backend services. Demonstrated ability in performance optimization and ensuring code quality is essential.
