About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Sr. Specialist, HSE for a full-time position. This role involves implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety of employees and departments. The specialist will also be responsible for creating incident reports and conducting inspections to maintain conformity across all HSE areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the necessity for and organize audits of company-operated properties.
• Stay informed about current regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of systems and standards designed to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience is required for this role.
• Ability to solve complex problems that require detailed knowledge of the field and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong understanding of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Capability to interact effectively with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes, and regulations.
• May provide guidance to less experienced team members, demonstrating leadership potential.
