About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Supervisor B for its Business & Industry (B&I) and Remote Sites operations located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves comprehensive oversight of site operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and maintaining high levels of service and hygiene. The Supervisor B plays a key role in supporting site teams and ensuring operational excellence across various functions.

Operational Management

• Organize and manage all housekeeping and accommodation services safely and effectively.
• Provide high standards of housekeeping in living quarters, consistently meeting company standards.
• Execute cleaning, laundering, and galley/mess duties safely, efficiently, and thoroughly according to established schedules and procedures.
• Manage costs, labor costs, and overhead costs to ensure the delivery of budgeted profit.
• Ensure the efficient daily issuing of materials in line with unit budgets.
• Assist in all camp/site administration.
• Report any stores shortages or required products to the team leader.
• Conduct efficient daily walk-throughs to monitor operations.

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)

• Comply with all appropriate QHSE requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the SACC Quality Assurance Program.
• Implement quality monitoring systems to measure customer satisfaction, client, and contract compliance.

Team Leadership and Development

• Liaise with the direct manager to ensure adequate support for the site and team.
• Ensure junior team members comply with CATRION systems and follow established processes.
• Assist in and conduct training for junior team members on the CATRION quality system, ensuring understanding, adherence, and consistent service delivery through toolbox talks and post-training.
• Manage effective training and development for all team members, identifying any gaps to the direct line manager.
• Ensure staff induction aligns with CATRION policies.
• Assist in completing employee evaluations or appraisals, including improvement plans, as per company procedure.
• Conduct regular area reviews to ensure team members meet performance standards.
• Create and encourage opportunities for employee promotions.
• Lead and communicate effectively to maintain high motivation levels among staff.
• Assist in employee grievances management.
• Attract and retain an experienced and effective management team and workforce dedicated to project completion, aiming to minimize staff turnover.

Client Engagement and Reporting

• Manage client relationships through regular formal and informal interaction.
• Address and resolve issues quickly without compromising project profitability.
• Present a positive image of SACC (Catrion Group) to clients and customers.
• Provide daily reports to own/client maintenance regarding technical support for preventive maintenance.
• Accompany the team leader in representing the company in regular on-site client meetings if requested.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Saudi nationality required.
