The Role: Team Leader I (Laboratory)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Laboratory) for a full-time position. This role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team to efficiently intake poultry and process specified poultry products. The objective is to meet internal customer requirements within established management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance, by targeting precise product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team in the intake and processing of poultry products.
• Ensure efficient operations to meet internal customer requirements.
• Adhere to management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process targets.
• Maintain zero non-conformance by ensuring product specifications, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Target and achieve precise product specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
