About the Role

Al Rakaez Al Thabita is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting our landscape projects, focusing on technical documentation, quantity surveying, and coordination. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of project execution through meticulous technical office work.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and prepare comprehensive documentation for landscape projects.
• Prepare and review Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Perform Quantity Takeoff (QTO) and prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare and review progress claims and accurately quantify completed work.
• Coordinate effectively between the technical office, project site teams, and consultants.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical office role.
• Demonstrated previous experience in the execution and preparation of landscape project documents.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software, with expertise in handling Surfaces, Grading, Profiles, and Levels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and thoroughly understand project plans and technical specifications.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with various project stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining high standards of technical documentation and project support.
