Role Overview

This is a full-time position for a Tool Pusher within the Oil & Gas sector at ARO Drilling. The Tool Pusher plays a critical role in overseeing drilling operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to operational procedures on the rig.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all drilling operations on the rig.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage drilling crew and equipment effectively.
• Monitor drilling progress and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Report on daily activities and operational performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in a relevant role within the oil and gas industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• No specific driving license is required for this position.
