Training Coordinator Saudi National

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator who is a Saudi National to join their team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role involves developing and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee competency and address technical skill gaps within the company. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current employee competency and manage personnel appraisals.
• Analyze and identify the need for technical training within the company, then design an integrated training program.
• Communicate with employees to discuss technical issues they are facing.
• Develop training materials, including outlines, handouts, and other exercises.
• Coordinate with industry experts for conducting classroom-style training and workshops.
• Schedule training sessions through e-learning platforms.
• Ensure all newly hired employees receive relevant and necessary training.
• Evaluate the job performance of employees to determine the effects of training after each session.
• Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and make necessary recommendations to improve training programs.
• Collaborate with vendors hired for specialized training programs.
• Stay informed of relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International, ensuring continued compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a training coordination or similar role, demonstrating a strong background in developing and implementing training initiatives.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Medina, Al Madinah. The role requires a Saudi National.
